抗日战争时期,国民政府为应对恶化的战争局势,实施战略性西迁计划.国民政府西迁重庆后,贵州的陪都屏障和抗战后方的战略地位逐渐凸显出来.这一时期,尽管面临物资短缺、技术落后等多重困难,但在国民政府与社会力量的支持下,贵州交通得以迅速发展并取得显著成效,贵州成为战时陪都与华南地区及同盟国相互往来的必经之处和抗战军民转运物资的重要枢纽,保障了战时物资和人员的运输,增强了抗战整体实力,对抗战胜利发挥了直接支持作用.与此同时,大量资金、设备、人才通过各路交通要道涌入贵州,促进了贵州地方经济的发展,贵州由此第一次进入全国经济发展的主流圈,成为战时经济链条中不可或缺的一环,并为后来的地方发展奠定了基础.
The Traffic Development Practice of Guizhou as the Rear Hub during the Anti-Japanese War
During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression,the nationalist government carried out the plan of strategic relocation to the west to cope with the deterioration of the war situation.After the nationalist government moved west to Chongqing,Guizhou's strategic position as the secondary capital barrier and the rear of the Anti-Japanese War gradually became prominent.During this period,despite facing multiple difficulties such as material shortage and backward technology,with the support of the national government and social forces,Guizhou's transportation developed rapidly and achieved remarkable results.It became a necessary place for the secondary capital to communicate with South China and the Allies during the war and an important hub for the operation of military and civilian materials during the war of Resistance,guaranteeing the transportation of materials and personnel during the war.It strengthened the overall strength of the Anti-Japanese War and played a direct role in supporting the victory of the Anti-Japanese War.At the same time,a large amount of funds,equipment and talents poured into Guizhou through various transportation arteries,which promoted the development of Guizhou's local economy,and Guizhou entered the mainstream circle of national economic development for the first time,becoming an indispensable part of the wartime economic chain,and laying the foundation for the later local development.
