Research on the Development Trend of University Teacher Evaluation Mechanism:Visual Analysis Based on CiteSpace Knowledge Map
Against the background of the new era when education modernization is being realized and a powerful higher education country is being built,the Chinese government and the Communist Party of China attach great importance to the evaluation of college teachers.This article explores the research context,development status and research hotspots of the evaluation system for college teachers in China by searching Chinese and foreign literatures from 2018 to 2023,drawing the Citespace knowledge map and applying cluster analysis,co-word analysis and multi-dimensional analysis methods.It is found that,although the evaluation mechanism of college teachers in China is constantly improving,there is still room for improvement in terms of systematization and diversification.It is suggested to construct a hierarchical and classified evaluation index system,and pay attention to the assessment of teaching,teachers'ethics and innovation ability.Meanwhile,it should also draw on foreign experience to improve the classroom evaluation system and the scientific research incentive mechanism so as to better support teachers'career development and the quality of talent cultivation.
