用计算机视觉技术研究判断鲜烟叶水分含量的方法.在日光条件下采集鲜烟叶片图像,用matlab软件进行图像分割算法研究,提取了r、g、H、面积、宽、伸缩率、均值、一致性和熵作为烟叶含水量综合评价指标,以减少单参数对其含水量判定缺陷,并用三标度AHP法对指标综合排序.分析结果表明:叶片宽和面积以及均值在整个评价体系中占较大权重,可用作快速判断含水量的指标.
Water content of fresh tobacco leaves was judged with the computer vision technology. Images of fresh tobacco leaves were gathered under sunlight and image segmentation algorithm was performed with the Matlab software. The parameters of r, g, H, acreage, width, shrinkage rate, mean value, consistency and entropy were extracted and used as the indexes of comprehensive evaluation so as to reduce the inaccuracy of water content estimation based on a single parameter, and they were ranked with the three-demarcation AHP method. The results showed that leaf width, leaf area and mean value had relatively great weights and, therefore, are recommended as the indicators in rapid determination of water content of fluecure tobacco leaves.
