时效工艺对AA7085挤压棒材性能的影响

摘要
研究了淬火时效工艺对AA7085铝合金挤压棒材的力学性能、断裂特征及显微组织的影响.结果表明:经分级固溶和双级时效,合金强度随着第二级时效时间的延长先升高然后下降;断裂韧性先随第二级时效时间的延长而上升,到6 h后开始下降.优化后的淬火时效工艺参数为:460℃×4 h+478℃×0.5 h固溶,水淬后120℃×12 h+160℃×4 h时效,析出第二相细小、均匀,晶界为不连续的颗粒沉淀相,达到弥散强化效果;合金的断裂方式为典型的穿晶韧性断裂.
Abstract
The effects of different quenching aging processes on the mechanical properties, fracture characteristics and microstructures of AA7085 aluminum alloy extruded bars were investigated. The experimental results showed that the strength of the alloy first increased and then decreased with increasing secondstep aging time. The fracture toughness first increased and then declined after a two-step aging treatment of 6 hours. After solution treatment of 460 ℃ × 4 h+478 ℃ ×0. 5 h, water quenching and subsequent aging process of 120 ℃ ×12 h+160 ℃ ×4 h, the alloy obtained their optimal comprehensive properties. The second phase of precipitation was small and uniform, and the grain boundary was discontinuous precipitation phase during this process, which achieved the result of dispersion strengthening. The fracture mode of the alloy treated by this process was typical transgranular ductile fracture.
