壳寡糖处理对翠冠梨果实贮藏品质的影响

用壳寡糖500mg/L溶液浸泡翠冠梨果1min,以清水处理为对照,晾干后置于5℃、90%RH条件下贮藏,研究壳寡糖对翠冠梨果实贮藏品质的影响,结果表明:壳寡糖500mg/L处理可明显降低翠冠梨果实在冷藏过程中的呼吸速率、失重率,保持硬度,减缓果肉组织中糖类、有机酸和抗坏血酸等营养物质的消耗,延缓衰老.说明壳寡糖500mg/L处理能有效延长梨果冷藏保鲜期,对贮藏品质的保持具有良好效果.
Effect of Oligochitosan Treatment on Storage Quality of Cuiguan Pear
To study the effect of oligochitosan treatment on their storage quality, Cuiguan pear fruits were dipped into 500 mg/L oligochitosan solution for 1 rain, air-dried and then stored at 5℃ and RH 90%. The results indicated that 500 mg/L oligochitosan treatment markedly reduced respiratory rate of the stored fruits, inhibited their weight loss, helped to maintain their hardness and delayed the consumption of carbo- hydrate, organic acids and other nutrient substances of the mesocarp. It is, therefore, concluded that 500 mg/L oligochitosan treatment can prolong the preservation period of the fruits under cold storage conditions.
