摘要
铁稳态对维持心脏功能至关重要,铁死亡是一种依赖铁离子及细胞膜上脂质过氧化导致的细胞程序性死亡,与心血管疾病的发生发展密切相关,但具体机制尚不清晰.该文综述了包括心力衰竭、动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死、心肌病与脓毒症相关心肌损伤等各类心血管疾病与铁死亡的关系,为心血管疾病的治疗提供新思路.
Abstract
Iron homeostasis is essential for maintaining cardiac function.Ferroptosis,as an iron-dependent programmed cell death driven by lipid peroxidation on cell membranes,is closely related to the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases,but the specific mechanism remains unclear.This paper reviews the relationship between ferroptosis and various cardiovascular diseases,including heart failure,atherosclerosis,myocardial infarction,cardiomyopathy and sepsis related myocardial injury,providing new ideas for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
