鸢尾素在脑卒中研究中的进展

摘要
鸢尾素是肌源性因子,可以调节能量代谢,在心、肝、脑、肾等器官中都有着一定的生理功能.研究发现鸢尾素可以减轻脑卒中后局部组织缺血、缺氧损伤,减轻炎症反应,调节线粒体功能,保护血脑屏障,对脑卒中后神经损伤有着积极影响,是极具潜力的治疗干预靶点和疾病预测因子.本文对鸢尾素进行简要概述,并从脑卒中危险因素、鸢尾素减轻脑卒中后神经损伤机制以及鸢尾素与脑卒中预后的关系等方面进行综述.
Abstract
Irisin is a myogenic factor,which can regulate energy metabolism.Irisin has certain physiological functions in organs such as heart,liver,brain,and kidney.Recent studies have found that irisin can alleviat ischemic and hypoxic injury after stroke,reduce inflammatory response,regulate mitochondrial function,and protect the blood-brain barrier,which has a positive impact on stroke and is a potential therapeutic intervention target and disease predictive factor.This article gives a brief overview of irisin,and reviews the relationship between irisin and stroke risk factors,the mechanism of irisin in reducing nerve injury after stroke,and the relationship between irisin and stroke prognosis.
