Relationship between plasma expression levels of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2 and hypoxia-inducible factor 1α and the prognosis in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage
Objective To observe the expression levels of lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2)and hypoxia-inducible factor 1α(HIF-1α)in the plasma of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage and their relationship with the prognosis. Methods Sixty-five patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage treated in Liangping District People's Hospital from April 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the observation group.Sixty-eight hypertensive patients without cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital in the same period were selected as the control group. The expression levels of Lp-PLA2 and HIF-1α in patients'plasma were detected, and the relationship between Lp-PLA2,HIF-1α and the prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was analyzed. The factors affecting the prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were analyzed based on patients'clinical data, and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Results The expression levels of Lp-PLA2 and HIF-1α in the plasma of patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the expression levels of Lp-PLA2 and HIF-1α in the plasma of patients in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group, the differences were all statistically significant(t=15.314,14.580,4.086,3.495;all P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences between the poor prognosis group and the good prognosis group in terms of age, duration of hypertension, time from onset to hospital admission, initial hematoma volume and concomitant diabetes(χ2/t=2.480,2.580,2.307,5.101,5.532;all P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that high expression levels of Lp-PLA2 and HIF-1α in the plasma of patients were influencing factors affecting hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(OR=2.498,2.635;all P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of Lp-PLA2 and HIF-1α in the plasma of patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage are significantly increased, which are influencing factors for the poor prognosis of these patients.
