Pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of myocarditis combined with arrhythmic
Myocarditis is an inflammatory disease with focal or diffuse myocardial involvement,which is often associated with viral infection.Its clinical manifestations are complex and lack of specificity.Arrhythmia is one of the main clinical manifestations of myocarditis,which can occur at any stage of myocarditis.Recent studies have found that arrhythmia in the acute phase of myocarditis may persist and affect the long-term prognosis of patients,so timely and accurate treatment of arrhythmia is particularly important.However,due to the lack of relevant clinical research,there is no standard treatment for myocarditis.The pathogenesis of myocarditis combined with arrhythmia is still unclear.This paper summarizes the related research progress of myocarditis combined with arrhythmia in recent years,and expounds it from epidemiology,etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
