The prevalence of hypertension in China shows a progressive increasing trend.The 2018 Chinese Hypertension Survey showed that the prevalence of hypertension in adults was about 27.9%.Chemotherapeutic may promote the development of hypertension,leading to adverse cardiovascular events.Effective management of hypertension associated with anti-tumor therapy can prevent serious cardiovascular events.This article reviews the hypertension associated with malignant tumors,summarizes the relationship between malignant tumors and hypertension,hypertension caused by anti-tumor therapy,and the treatment of hypertension in cancer patients,in order to provide basis for the management and treatment of hypertension in cancer patients.
