Progress in the study of hypertension with co-morbidities of Helicobacter pylori infection and vitamin D deficiency
In recent years,many studies on Helicobacter pylori infection in hypertensive patients have found that there is a correlation between Helicobacter pylori infection and hypertension,and the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection has a positive effect on the improvement of hypertension.Vitamin D is an essential nutrient for the human body,which is closely related to bone metabolism,calcium and phosphorus balance and cardiovascular disease.Recent studies suggest that there is a significant correlation between serum vitamin D levels and hypertension,and vitamin D supplementation has potential therapeutic value in hypertensive patients.This article reviews the prevalence of Helicobacter pylori infection,vitamin D deficiency and hypertension,research status at home and abroad,and the mechanism of comorbidity.
