摘要
氯氮平(CZP)对治疗精神分裂症尤其是难治性精神分裂症有着较好疗效.但使用CZP治疗的部分精神分裂症患者可产生心脏毒性包括心肌炎、心肌病、亚临床心脏毒性等.对于CZP诱发的亚临床心脏毒性关注较少,其机制尚不明确.本文总结CZP相关亚临床心脏毒性及其可能机制.
Abstract
Clozapine(CZP)is effective in treating schizophrenia,especially treatment-resistant schizophrenia.However,some patients with schizophrenia treated with CZP can produce cardiotoxicity,which including myocarditis,cardiomyopathy,subclinical cardiotoxicity,etc.Less attention has been paid to CZP-induced subclinical cardiotoxicity,and the mechanism remains unclear.This paper summarizes the subclinical cardiotoxicity associated with CZP and its possible mechanisms.
