The Dilemmas and Approaches of the High-Quality Development of Western Rural Preschool Education under the Background of Chinese Modernization
The high-quality development of western rural preschool education is of great significance to the building of an education powerhouse and the promotion of Chinese-style modernization.Theoretically,Chinese-style modernization has pointed out the direction of high-quality development for rural preschool education in five dimensions:inclusive education,holistic thinking,connotative development,symbiotic proposition and forward-looking layout.In practice,through a large-scale research on 70 rural kindergartens in western China,it is found that during the process of Chinese-style modernization,China's preschool education has achieved leapfrog development as a whole,but western rural pre-school education is still facing the scale and quality of the synergy of"stuck",the supply of educational resources and demand"mismatch",the characteristics of the school-based curriculum and the color"lost",the teacher's professional development dynamic and passive"entanglement",education supervision and evaluation mechanism"lack of power"and other dilemmas.Consequently,it is necessary to establish a"quantity and quality"concept of quality of education,appropriately allocate education resources in response to demographic changes,adhere to the local characteristics and curriculum nurturing color,build a new pattern of"1+3+N"nurturing to the core of the teacher,and strengthen the digital education quality assessment system.
