The Realistic Dilemma and Influence Effect of Kindergarten Teachers'Working Conditions
Under the background of improving the quality of preschool education,it is the consensus and pursuit of all countries to build a stable and high-quality team of kindergarten teachers.In recent years,the working conditions of kindergarten teachers have been widely concerned by the international community,which are considered to be the key experience in building high-quality preschool education teachers.The survey results of 6,878 kindergarten teachers in 12 provinces and cities in China show that there are problems of unbalanced development of structure,space and individuals.Further research shows that the overall working conditions,the working assignment,the working climate and the working remuneration could all significantly predict the kindergarten teachers'turnover intention and teaching quality.Therefore,in order to promote the stable and high-quality development of the kindergarten teacher team,it is necessary to establish basic standards for the working conditions of kindergarten teachers,and prioritize improving their working assignment,working climate and working remuneration.
