摘要
幼儿园角色游戏是帮助社会角色单一、生活经验严重不足的幼儿拓展经验和发展能力的重要手段,其高质量发展离不开教师的有效支持.为打破"角色游戏是假游戏"的错误认知,幼儿园教师要深化游戏理论认识,推动角色游戏教育目标与幼儿自主参与的有效融合.在组织上要采取真实环境与区域留白相结合、高结构材料与低结构材料互补的方式,优化幼儿的角色游戏空间及其实施过程.在支持策略上,教师要基于幼儿的核心经验,充分把握幼儿的游戏状态,为幼儿的角色游戏创设具有支持性的心理氛围,推动角色游戏的深入和高质量发展.
Abstract
Kindergarten role play is an important means to help children with single social role and serious lack of life experience to expand experience and develop ability,and its high-quality development cannot be separated from the effective support of teachers.Kindergarten teachers should deepen their understanding of game theory and promote the effective integration of role play education goals and children's autonomous participation.In order to optimize children's role play space and its implementation process,it is necessary to combine real materials with regional blank space and complement high structure materials with low structure materials.In terms of supporting strategies,teachers should fully grasp children's play state based on their core experience,create a supportive psychological atmosphere for children's role play,and promote the in-depth and high-quality development of role play.
