摘要
人文素养是幼儿园教师基础素养和专业素养的重要组成部分,它包含人文知识、人文精神和人文行为三个维度,对幼儿园教师的育人实践和专业发展均具有重要价值.幼儿园教师人文素养的培育一是需要幼儿园积极营造富有人文底蕴的文化环境,二是需要为幼儿园教师打造集聚人文气息的学习社群,三是要为幼儿园教师树立具有文化修养的榜样.
Abstract
As an important component of the basic and professional qualities of kindergarten teachers,humanistic literacy includes three structural dimensions:humanistic knowledge,humanistic spirit,and humanistic behavior.It has significant value for the moral education and professional development of kindergarten teachers.To cultivate the humanistic quality of kindergarten teachers,firstly,it is necessary for kindergartens to actively create a cultural environment rich in humanistic heritage.Secondly,it is necessary to build a learning community gathering humanistic heritage for kindergarten teachers,and thirdly,it is necessary to set an example of cultural accomplishment for kindergarten teachers.
