Action Research on Stimulating the Play Spirit of Pre-service Kindergarten Teachers through Drama in Education
Teachers'play spirit is the key to solving the problem of game alienation in education,and Drama in Education can provide a platform for teachers'play spirit to be stimulated.A 16-month action study of Drama in Education was carried out for 47 rural pre-service kindergarten teachers in H Province.After three stages of action,reflection and continuous improvement,by opening up physical imagination,constructing aesthetic space,simulating life situations,pre-service kindergarten teachers have effectively stimulated the play spirit of freedom,experience,creation,dialogue and pleasure,and realized the transformation from passive,awkward performance to selfless play,from physical and mental separation to empathy into the play,from creative poverty to situational emergence.Under the influence of Drama in Education,the five meanings of the play spirit are interlinked and develop layers upon layers.
