食育是早期儿童健康教育的重要内容,是幼儿园实现科学保教的重要支撑.幼儿园应通过食育来培养幼儿科学的饮食观念和健康的饮食行为,促进幼儿身心健康发展,更好地传承优秀民族饮食文化.幼儿园食育课程应从培养幼儿的食知、食能和食感出发,将食物的本体知识、食物生长知识、饮食健康与安全知识和饮食文化知识等纳入课程内容范畴.其实施要注重食育师资的培养,为幼儿创设沉浸式的食育活动环境,围绕幼儿健康核心素养建构食育课程群,多途径拓展幼儿的食育活动空间,并通过科学的评价来完善食育课程的建构过程.
The Construction and Evaluation of Kindergarten Food Education Curriculum
Food education is an important part of early children's health education and an important support for kindergartens to realize scientific education.Kindergartens should cultivate children s scientific dietary concepts and healthy dietary behaviors through food education,promote the healthy physical and mental development of children,and better inherit the excellent national dietary culture.Kindergarten food education curriculum should start from cultivating children's food knowledge,food ability and food sense,including food ontology knowledge,food growth knowledge,food health and safety knowledge and food culture knowledge into the curriculum content.Its implementation should pay attention to the training of food education teachers,create an immersive environment for children's food education activities,construct food education curriculum groups around children's health core literacy,expand children's food education activity space in multiple ways,and improve the construction process of food education curriculum through scientific evaluation.
