Construction of Observation and Evaluation Index System for Early Reading Teaching Behavior of Kindergarten Teachers
Teachers play an important role in early childhood reading activities,and the assessment of their teaching behavior level has become a practical need.This study takes the teacher teaching behavior structure divided by Shi Liangfang and others as the framework,combined with the connotation and practice of early reading teaching,and referring to the core experience goals of early written language for children listed by Zhou Jing and other experts,as well as mature domestic and foreign literature,a preliminary observation and evaluation index system for early reading teaching behavior of kindergarten teachers was established.Based on this,the Delphi method was used to evaluate and determine three primary indicators,five secondary indicators,and thirty tertiary indicators for early reading teaching behavior evaluation of kindergarten teachers,forming an observation and evaluation index system for early reading teaching behavior in kindergarten.
