The Practice Path of Kindergarten-based Teaching Research under the Guidance of the Concept of"Effective Teacher"
Kindergarten-based teaching and research is an important means to promote the high-quality development of kindergarten education.The various problems in practice are essentially the insufficient professional development of teachers.The concept of"effective teacher"emphasizes the initiative,openness and cooperation of teachers'professional practice,and supports teachers to develop their practical wisdom in education.This idea provides a new perspective for the effective development of kindergarten-based teaching research.Kindergartens should strengthen teachers'consciousness of subject,build a community of kindergarten-based teaching and research,and adopt diversified teaching and research methods to carry out kindergarten-based teaching and research.
