摘要
世界卫生组织(World Health Organization,WHO)最新在线发行的儿童肿瘤分类首次独立于成人WHO肿瘤分类,并单独制定成册,其内容涵盖了儿童多系统、多类型肿瘤的临床特点、组织病理、分子病理及治疗和预后的最新进展.其中肾脏肿瘤在第4版WHO泌尿及男性生殖系统肿瘤分类的基础上更新了内容,并新增了多种肿瘤类型.现对比第4版,对第5版WHO儿童肿瘤分类中肾脏肿瘤的临床、组织病理、分子遗传学、治疗及预后方面的主要变化进行概述.
Abstract
For the first time,the latest online WHO Classification of Pediatric Tumors has been separated from WHO Classification of Tumors in adults and compiled into a single volume,covering recent advances of clinical characteristics,histopathology,molecular pathology,treatment and prognosis of multiple systems and types of tumors in children.In the chapter of kidney tumors,the understanding of known tumors has been expanded based upon the Edition Ⅳ of WHO Classification of Tumors of Urinary System and Male Genital Organs with an addition of various new tumors.As compared with Edition Ⅳ,this review summarized the clinical,histopathological,molecular,therapeutic and prognostic changes of renal tumors.
