摘要
神经母细胞瘤是儿童期最常见的颅外实体瘤,具有复杂多样的生物学行为.目前认为神经母细胞瘤起源于肾上腺或脊柱旁交感神经链中的不同细胞,比如神经嵴细胞、嗜铬细胞、成交感细胞、施万细胞前体等等.本研究针对细胞的起源进行综述,以期为神经母细胞瘤的临床研究提供参考.
Abstract
As the most common extracranial solid tumor in children,neuroblastoma(NB)has complex and diversity biological behaviors.It is well-known that NB is derived from different cells of adrenal gland and along sympathetic ganglia chain.Neural crest cells(NCCs),adrenal chromaffin cells,sympathoblasts and Schwann cell precursors(SCPs)may be the developmental origins of NB cancer cells.This review focused upon the origin of cells to provide references for clinical study of NB.
