胆碱能抗炎通路(cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway,CAP)是一种新近发现的神经-免疫通路.在此通路中,迷走神经通过释放胆碱能神经递质,作用于巨噬细胞等免疫细胞来调控炎症反应.在过去二十年里,胆碱能抗炎通路在全身性和特定组织或器官炎症中的作用得到了广泛研究,但在小儿外科领域中的研究尚少,但这一类探索研究可为疾病的诊疗提供新的策略.本研究就CAP在小儿外科消化系统疾病(新生儿坏死性小肠结肠炎、先天性巨结肠、儿童梗阻性黄疸等)中作用的研究进展进行叙述.
Research advances on cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway in pediatric surgical diseases of diges-tive system
Cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway(CAP)is a neuro-immune pathway.Vagus nerve regulates inflammation through releasing cholinergic neurotransmitters to such immune cells as macrophages.Over the past two decades,the roles of CAP in systemic and specific tissue/organ inflammation have been extensively studied.However,less attention has been devoted to pediatric surgical diseases.It may provide new strategies for managing diseases through exploring the roles of CAP in the occurrence and development of pediatric surgical diseases.This review summarized the latest researches of CAP in pediatric surgical diseases of digestive system,such as necrotizing enterocolitis(NEC),Hirschsprung disease and neonatal obstructive jaundice.
