Adjustment and Remodeling of CPC's Class and National Narratives:From the Perspective of Forging a Strong Sense of the Chinese National Community
Both class and nation are fundamental forms of human groups,as well as important tools for political mobilization and theoretical analysis.The establishment of nation-state has provided a political arena for the densely interweaving of class and national narratives.Marxist classic writers have put forward systematic and comprehensive theories on the connotation,origin,existential conditions,and extinction prerequisites of class,and have shaped the proletariat into a revolutionary force to achieve the ultimate liberation of humanity.While class division is the process of establishing internality and externality within a country,and class struggle a powerful tool for eliminating externality and achieving the internalization of the externality,continuous re-modeling national narratives is also indispensable in achieving internalization of the externality and strengthe-ning internality,from perspective of the state-nation.As a mission oriented party with Marxism as its guiding ideology,CPC has guided the nation through revolution,construction and reform by constantly adjusting and remodeling the interactive narratives of class and nation,and successfully increased internality by constantly e-liminating externality.The proposal of forge a strong sense community for the Chinese nation is a manifesta-tion of the unprecedented degree of internalization in the coordinates of the new era.Class narration and na-tional narration are constantly merging in the process of adjustment,providing theoretical tools for transcen-ding class and nation.The ultimate value is going to eliminate the externality within the national boundaries,which in turn abolishes the state,and achieve the complete internality of within a Community of Free Indi-viduals.
