On the Inner Mechanism of Marx's Theory of World History and Its Contemporary Enlightenment
Marx's theory of world history is based on the scientific materialist view of history,and provides a comprehensive a-nalysis and scientific criticism of the overall picture of human history created by the globalization of capital.This article main-tains that the generation and development of world history in Marx's perspective is manifested as a theory that includes multi-di-mensional mechanisms,covering the generation,evolution,motivation,and goal mechanisms of world history.These four-fold mechanism structures progress and leap in the overall structure layer of historical materialism,and directly point to the objective development process of human history,thus clearly demonstrating the internal laws of the emergence,evolution,and develop-ment of world history.At present,Marx's theory of world history still holds significant value.Its inspiration for building socialism with Chinese characteristics lies in:first,we need to change the mode of economic growth and depend on scientific and techno-logical innovation to promote the leapfrog development of productive forces;Second,we should implement a mutually beneficial and win-win opening-up strategy and build a new pattern of all-round opening-up.Third,we must fully understand the historical duality of capital and correctly control it from a dialectical perspective.Fourth,we need to build a fair and rational new international political and economic order and construct a community with a shared future for mankind.
