摘要
习近平在全国宣传思想文化工作会议上用"七个着力"明确了党践行新的文化使命的重大要求."七个着力"有其特定的内在逻辑和深刻内涵.马克思主义世界观和方法论,构成了"七个着力"的理论渊源;中国共产党百年文化建设进程,构成了"七个着力"的历史语境;践行新的文化使命要求,构成了"七个着力"的实践指向."七个着力"从整体上展现出"谁来领导建设→聚焦什么任务建设→以什么为抓手建设→用什么方法建设"的总体逻辑,既是对党的宣传思想文化工作成就的经验总结,又是确保新征程宣传思想文化工作有新气象新作为的内在动力.
Abstract
Xi Jinping used"seven efforts"at the National Conference on Publicity,Ideology and Culture to make clear the ma-jor requirements for the Party to fulfil its new cultural mission.The"seven efforts"have their specific internal logic and profound connotation.The Marxist worldview and methodology constitute the theoretical origin of the"seven efforts";the CPC's century-long process of cultural construction constitutes the historical context of the"seven efforts";and the realistic requirements for fulfilling the new cultural mission constitute the"seven efforts".The"seven efforts"as a whole shows the overall logic of"who to lead the construction→what tasks to focus on→what to use as the starting point→what methods to be used",which is not only a summary of the achievements of the Party's work of publicity,ideology and culture,but also an intrinsic motivation to en-sure that the new journey of publicity,ideology and culture work has a new momentum and new orientation.
