摘要
党的十八大以来,中国共产党立足于"两个大局",从国家经济实力的快速崛起、全球治理变革与国际秩序转型的迫切需求以及回应国际社会对中国的期待三个层面出发,确立了中国特色大国外交定位.习近平主席以"国之大者"的胸怀,提出中国始终是全球发展的贡献者、国际秩序的维护者、世界和平的建设者和公共产品的提供者.中国特色大国外交定位擘画了新时代中国对外工作的宏伟蓝图,对服务中华民族伟大复兴、塑造国际政治经济新秩序、促进人类社会发展具有重要意义.
Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Communist Party of China has established its position as a major country with Chinese characteristics based on the"two overall situations"and from three aspects:the rapid rise of the country's economic strength,the urgent need for global governance reform and the transformation of the international order,and the response to the expectations of the international community for China.President Xi Jinping,bearing the top prior-ities of the country in mind,pointed out that China has always been a contributor to global development,a defender of the inter-national order,a builder of world peace,and a provider of public goods.The positioning of major country diplomacy with Chi-nese characteristics has drawn a grand blueprint for China's external work in the new era,which is of great significance for ser-ving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,shaping the new international political and economic order,and promoting the development of human society.
