摘要
智慧旅游是旅游融入互联网时代的新业态,是旅游高质量发展、提高游客满意度的重要抓手.基于我国智慧旅游发展促进政策及现有文献,研究构建智慧旅游发展水平指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)与优劣解距离法(TOPSIS)对云南 16 个州市智慧旅游发展水平进行实证.研究发现:云南省智慧旅游发展水平区域差异明显,总体上可分为较高、中等和较低发展水平,呈现出以昆明为中心,向周边州市降低的阶梯分布格局.通过综合分析,提出促进智慧旅游发展的对策建议:(1)加大政策扶持力度,激发智慧旅游主体活力;(2)凝炼云南经验,共享旅游数字化转型升级成果;(3)统筹规划智慧旅游体系建设,提升旅游智慧化水平,以期为推进我国旅游数字化、智慧化建设提供借鉴.
Abstract
Intelligent tourism is a new mode of tourism integration into the Internet era,and it is an important hand for the high-quality development of tourism and the improvement of tourists'satisfaction.Based on China's intelligent tourism development promotion policy and existing literature,the study constructed the intelligent tourism development level index system,and empir-ically verifies the intelligent tourism development level of 16 cities and autonomous prefectures in Yunnan province by using Ana-lytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS).The study found that:the regional differences in the development level of intelligent tourism in Yunnan Province are obvious,and can be divided into high,medium and low development levels in general,showing a ladder distribution pattern centered on Kunming and decrea-sing to the surrounding cities and towns.Through comprehensive analysis,countermeasures to promote the development of cen-tered tourism are proposed:(1)to increase policy support to stimulate the vitality of the main body of intelligent tourism;(2)to condense the experience of Yunnan province and share the results of digital transformation and upgrading of tourism;(3)to co-ordinate the planning of the construction of the intelligent tourism system to enhance the level of tourism intelligence;with a view to providing a reference for the promotion of the construction of tourism digitalization and intelligence in China.
