以人民性为核心原则与伦理基础整合国民、凝聚人心是中国共产党团结带领全国各族人民实现民族解放、建构人民主权的现代中国的根本遵循.作为统合国家、民族与人民三维一体的政治领导与组织保障,中国共产党承继传统"民本"思想,在马克思主义中国化的探索中创造性地运用整体性的"人民"概念整合全社会人口以塑造现代国民.在以全体国民为基础、以确立国民身份为途径推动中华现代国家建构的征程中,党坚持人民立场、认识把握社会矛盾、紧扣时代发展命题,开展系统的人民性实践.以人民性塑造整体的现代国民有力回应中华现代国家建构与中华民族复兴的时代命题,这既是中国共产党推进马克思主义中国化时代化的鲜明特征,也奠定了中国式现代化展开的社会政治基石.
Endowing Nationals with People-centeredness:The Logic of CPC's State Construction to Shape Modern Nationals
It is the fundamental principle of the CPC to unite and lead the people of all nationalities to realize national liberation and build people's sovereignty in modem China by integrating the people with the core principle of people-centeredness and the ethical basis and cohering the people.As the political leadership and organizational guarantee integrating the country,nation and people,the CPC inherits the traditional"people oriented"thought,creatively uses the holistic concept of"people"in the explo-ration of Marxism to the Chinese context to integrate the entire social population to shape modern nationals.In the process of pro-moting the construction of a modem Chinese country based on all the people and through the establishment of national identity,the CPC adheres to the people's position,understands and grasps social contradictions,closely follows the development proposi-tion of the times,and carries out systematic practice of people-centeredness.Shaping the whole nation with the people-cen-teredness is a powerful response to the era proposition of the construction of modem China and the rejuvenation of the Chinese na-tion.This is not only the distinctive feature of the CPC in promoting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of the times,but also establishes the social and political cornerstone of Chinese path to modernization.
