Emotional Governance:The Internal Logic and Optimization Path of Social Work Effectiveness
In recent years,social work has played an important role in the field of grassroots governance.Although scholars have noted the value of emotional governance of social work,the internal logic and optimization paths regarding social work's ef-fectiveness in playing emotional governance have not yet attracted a great deal of attention from scholars.This paper argues that social work highlights governance efficacy in national governance by stimulating personal emotions,promoting interpersonal emo-tions and cohesive group emotions through positive emotional practices.In the new era,it is important to take adherence to Party leadership as an important direction,improve the professional level of social workers,and enhance the sense of serving the coun-try to further improve the effectiveness of grassroots social governance,thus effectively responding to social needs and contribu-ting to the advancement of the localization of social work.
