To Lead the Formation and Development of the Principal's Educational Thought with the Spirit of Educator
As an educator,the principal should have his own educational thoughts.Principals should lead their own educational thoughts by carrying forward the spirit of educators,explore the idea of running a school in the process of understanding the basic form of education,and form educational thoughts in the process of thinking systematically and solving the fundamental problems of education.The principal's educational thought has four basic characteristics,namely,the unity of subjectivity and objectivity,the unity of inheritance and creativity,the unity of theory and practice,and the unity of particularity and universality.Only by guiding the development of the principal's educational thought with the spirit of educator,can the principal think deeply about the"six views"of education and their logical relations,can the systematic school-running thought be formed.
