Beautiful Rural Construction and Rural Operation from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization——Taking the Beautiful Countryside on the South Bank of Dianchi Lake as a Case
Creating"beautiful countryside"is an inevitable choice to implement the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,promote the construction of ecological civilization and form a green development model.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China also clearly stated that it is necessary to"comprehensively promote rural revitalization","coordinate the layout of rural infrastructure and public services,and build a livable,industrial and beauti-ful countryside",and then provide guidance on what to build and how to build rural construction in the new stage of develop-ment.direction.However,there are still many shortcomings in the current construction of"beautiful countryside"in Yunnan.Therefore,based on the field investigation data of beautiful rural construction in 4 villages in Jinning District along the Dianchi Lake,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of outstanding problems in project planning and project operation during the construction process,aiming to promote the construction and operation of beautiful rural projects along the Dianchi Lake and pro-vide improvement ideas and policy references.
