Typed Configuration of Imputation of Self-Media Behavior in Cyber-Bullying
Cyber-bullying has been a focus of cyberspace governance. However, the current cyber-bullying regulation system focuses on the target of regulation of network users and network service providers, not only ignoring the fact that the self-media can also become an independent victimization of network violence, but also ignored the regulation of the behavior that induces the generation of cyber-bullying.In cyber-bullying,by virtue of huge number of"fans",very high discourse power, the self-media in each public incident plays the role of"important opinion leader",and makes the final direction of the incident,so it is necessary to regulate the self-media.Therefore,we should examine the evolution of the cyber-bullying and the"second-or-der"characteristics of self-media behavior, and on the basis of sorting out the reality of self-media behavior mirroring online violence,we should typify the behavior of self-media in cyber-bullying into"cyber-bullying induced infringement"and"cy-ber-bullying practicing infringement".Finally, from the objective elements, results, subjective elements and related elements of the four levels of responsibility for the construction of these two types of behavior,a self-media behavior of cyber-bullying attribution system can be generated.
