摘要
"农民增收"是贯穿党和国家"三农"工作的基本主题.党的十八大以来,习近平坚持将马克思主义农民问题思想同中国共产党解决农民问题历史实践相结合、同中国"大同"思想相结合,围绕这一主题,逐渐形成了关于农民增收重要论述.习近平关于农民增收重要论述是一个逻辑严整的思想体系,以走中国特色现代化农业道路为根本、以实现农民共同富裕为目标、以农民为主体、以农业农村现代化为方向、以绿色发展为要求构成其逻辑架构.同时,这一重要论述是一个系统科学的思想体系,蕴含着以问题思维、系统思维、底线思维为代表的思维特征.
Abstract
"Increasing farmers'incomes"is the basic theme that runs through the work of the Party and the country on the"Three Rural Issues".Since the 18th CPC National Congress,Xi Jinping has insisted on combining the Marxist idea of the peas-ant issue with the CPC's historical practice of solving the peasant issue,and with China's idea of the"commonwealth of nations",and has gradually formed an important discourse on increasing the income of farmers around this theme.Xi Jinping's important exposition on farmers'income is a logically rigorous system of thought,with its logical structure consisting of taking the road of modernized agriculture with Chinese characteristics as the root,realizing the common prosperity of farmers as the goal,taking farmers as the main body,taking the modernization of agriculture and rural areas as the direction,and taking green development as the requirement.At the same time,this important thesis is a systematic and scientific system of thought,containing the think-ing characteristics represented by problem thinking,system thinking and bottom-line thinking.
