摘要
科学评价中国式现代化水平,进而检验教育、科技、人才的影响,有助于及时发现中国式现代化的成效和短板,有助于厘清教育、科技、人才在中国式现代化进程中的关系和作用.通过构建包含经济、政治、文化、社会、生态文明5个维度的中国式现代化评价指标体系,采用熵值法对2001-2022年中国式现代化综合以及分项水平进行测度,进而实证检验教育、科技、人才对中国式现代化水平的影响.结果表明,中国式现代化综合水平呈现稳步上升趋势,教育、科技、人才对中国式现代化具有一致性的正向促进作用,其中教育的正向支撑效应具有长期性,科技、人才的正向支撑效应更具直接性.
Abstract
It is necessary to scientifically evaluate the level of Chinese-style modernization,and then measure the supporting effect of education,science and technology,and talents.This aids in identifying both the achievements and shortcomings of China's modernization,as well as clarifying the relationship and role of education,technology,and talents in the process.This article constructs a Chinese-style modernization evaluation index system with five dimensions such as economy,politics,cul-ture,society,and ecological civilization,and the entropy method is employed to measure the comprehensive and specific indices of China's modernization from 2001 to 2022.Furthermore,it empirically tests the impacts of education,science and technology,and talents on Chinese-style modernization.The results show that the overall level of modernization in China has been steadily increasing.Education,science and technology,and talents play a consistent positive role in promoting Chinese-style moderni-zation.Among them,the positive supporting effect of education is long-term,while that of science and technology and talents is more direct.Finally,this article proposes policy implications.
