The Great Chaos World:Characteristics,Chinese Experience,and Suggestions for Response
In recent years,the world has entered"the Great Chaos World"with the highest incidence of armed violence since the end of World War II.New changes have emerged in global conflict patterns,conflict subjects,and severity,bringing more challenges and uncertainties to the external environment for China's development.This article analyzes and sorts out the charac-teristics of the new style of"world war"under the background of the"Great Chaos World",reviews China's valuable experience accumulated in foreign relations in recent years,and explores the risks and hidden opportunities brought to China by the"Great Chaos World"with China's experience as the main thread.At the same time,this article proposes five countermeasures,inclu-ding building a community with a shared future for mankind,using public diplomacy to stabilize China-US relations,valuing preventive diplomacy with invisible local forces,strengthening global hard power radiation,and deepening regional and national research.It also suggests that China should cleverly respond to the"the Great Chaos World".
