A Study on the Construction of Educationalist Teaching Faculty Based on the Standards of"Educator Spirit"
The unique Chinese educator spirit proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping has rich connotations and far-reac-hing influence,which has important guiding significance for the construction of the educationalist teaching faculty in universities.Addressing the new requirements of higher ideological and political standing,stronger teaching and research abilities,and purer teacher ethics and style for educators,this article explores new problems in the construction of teaching faculty in universities,such as the weakness in ideological and political work,management mechanisms,and cultural construction.It also clarifies in-novative concepts,global thinking,systematic perspectives,and engineering design ideas,and proposes methods and measures for the construction of educationalist teaching faculty in universities.
