Territorial Spatial Planning for Chinese-style Modernization:Connotations,Strategic Directions and Core Issues
The Chinese modernization and territorial space planning have a close strategy relationship at the top level and a solid logic support at the bottom.The article studies the rich connotation system of"two fundamental natures,five Chinese character-istics,11 key contents,and one primary task"of Chinese modernization,analyses the connotation and correlation of Chinese modernization and territorial spatial planning,and proposes that the territorial spatial planning should absorb the thought of Chi-nese modernization.The paper puts forward five strategic directions that must pay more attention to system thinking,balanced thinking,symbiotic thinking,democratic thinking and security thinking,and introduces ten core issues such as deepening strate-gic guidance,optimizing spatial pattern,strengthening factor control,improving facility support,consolidating resilient security,implementing territorial consolidation,promoting cultural prosperity,enhancing ecological value,highlighting urban characteris-tics and strengthening implementation supervision.It provides ideas and clues for the task decomposition of territorial space plan-ning.
