On the Effectiveness of Party Committees in Colleges and Departments from the Governance Perspective
Over the past 70 years,the Communist Party of China has been continually exploring,summarizing,refining,and enhancing the functioning of Party organizations within colleges and departments.In the context of the new era,characterized by the Party's evolving theories,the ongoing development and refinement of China's governance systems,and the deepening compre-hension of the socialist administration of higher education institutions with Chinese characteristics,the Party has set forth new and elevated requirements for the Party committees of colleges and departments.To fulfill their obligations and missions effectively,and to enhance governance efficiency,these Party committees must accurately identify the primary areas of focus and efforts in their work,while also systematically improving the conditions necessary for their effective operation.
