大学教学学术的本质内涵、边界厘定及价值要义

大学教学学术本质上是大学教师在了解他人教学研究与实践的学术性贡献的基础上,对本学科教学实践中的教与学问题进行系统反思与研究,生成可供同行公开交流、评议、共建共享的创新性教学研究及实践成果,并用以持续改进教学实践的学术研究和实践创新活动.大学教学学术是大学学术的重要组成部分,是提升大学教学质量的应然选择,凝聚大学内部组织文化的主要路径,也是促进大学教师职业专长的内生动力,更是平衡教学与科研关系的新选择.但我国目前依然存在对大学教学学术内涵与价值认识不到位,以及重专业学术而轻教学学术的现象.因此,在大学教学的学术价值与地位被遮蔽的当下,深入理解和澄清大学教学学术的内涵与边界,重申大学教学学术的价值要义,对保障大学教学质量及育人效能,凝聚大学内部力量,促成教学与科研的良性耦合等,具有一定的现实意义和理论价值,有利于大学教学回归学术之道.
The Essential Connotations,Boundary Demarcation,and Value Significance of the Scholarship of Teaching of in University
The essence of the scholarship of teaching in universities is that university teachers,based on their understanding of the academic contributions of others in teaching research and practice,systematically reflect and research on teaching and learn-ing issues in their own discipline,generate innovative teaching research and practical results that can be publicly exchanged,e-valuated,co-built and shared by peers,and use them to continuously improve teaching practice through academic research and practical innovation activities.The scholarship of teaching in universities is an important component of university academia,a natural choice for improving the quality of university teaching,a main path for consolidating the internal organizational culture of universities,an endogenous driving force for promoting the professional expertise of university teachers,and a new choice for bal-ancing teaching and research.However,there is still a lack of understanding of the connotation and value of the scholarship of teaching in China,as well as a phenomenon of emphasizing professional academic over the scholarship of teaching.Therefore,in the current situation where the academic value and status of the scholarship of teaching are obscured,a deep understanding and clarification of the connotation and boundaries of the scholarship of teaching,reiterating the value and essence of the scholarship of teaching,has certain practical significance and theoretical value for ensuring the quality of university teaching,consolidating internal strength of universities,promoting the integration of teaching and research,etc.,which is conducive to the return of uni-versity teaching to the academic path.
