Being Intuitively Applied in Daily Life:The Basic Order and the Development of Governance Resources
Taking the concept of"being intuitively applied in daily life"as a method of understanding, the thesis proposes that there are two kinds of orders in a society from the relationship between the state and the society:the basic order and the mandatory order. The former is the order formed by the people of a society in their daily production, life, and communication, and its foundation lies in originality, basicity, and sustainability, which is characterized by popularity, regularity, internality, and stability. The essence of a social order is social relations. The relationship of human dependence forms the order of identity, while the relationship of material dependence forms the order of contract.Under capitalism, the capital logic constitutes the basic order.Any order is realized through governance. Thus the basic order constitutes important resources for the state governance. In its long history, the basic order of traditional China contains rich resources for governance, but only in a state of"being intuitively applied in daily life".In the process of Chinese modernization, using the method of"being intuitively applied in daily life"to construct the structure of the basic order is of great value to the development of traditional governance resources.
