拉兹洛系统进化管理理论述评

摘要
欧文·拉兹洛在系统科学、复杂性科学基础上构建出系统进化哲学,并据此阐释企业组织及其与外部环境之间的系统进化,提出了他称之为"第三代管理思想"的进化管理理论,阐述了进化管理的组织、战略与经营原则,倡导以组织重构为主的进化管理实践应用,呼唤建立"进化理性"的管理新思维.这既表征着系统科学对现代管理学的深刻影响,也反映着当代组织及其管理变革的趋势.
Abstract
Ervin Laszlo creatively put forward the philosophy of system evolution on the basis of sys-tem sciences and complexity sciences,and explained the system evolution between enterprise organization and its external environment,constructed the evolutionary management theory which was called"the third edge management thought"including principles of the organization,strategy and business and the practi-cal application.He called for the establishment of a new management thinking of"evolutionary rationali-ty".This not only represents the profound influence of system sciences on modern management,but also reflects the trend of contemporary organization and its management change.
