Constructing Military Measurement System Based on System Thinking
The military measurement system is a complex system,which requires systematic thinking to guide the design of the system structure.Through the analysis of the integrity,comprehensiveness,and dynamic characteristics of system thinking,and the interpretation of"structure influence behavior",the guiding significance to system structure design is discussed.Based on the theory of systems thinking,it puts forward suggestions for constructing our military measurement system structure from three aspects:physical layer,connection layer,and cultural layer,in order to form a measurement system with a com-plete structure,flexible mechanism,and long-term operation.
