从系统论看,人们对领导的认识经历了传统领导观、领导系统观、新领导系统观三个不同的阶段和层次,实现了对领导认识的两次飞跃.新领导系统观的确立和贯彻落实是领导观的一场深刻革命,不仅是对领导认识的系统化、深化和优化,而且是对领导科学的创新、丰富和发展,对建立领导者与被领导者的新型关系、形成不断提高领导效率和效益的长效机制和开创领导科学发展的新局面都具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义,对深化领导体制机制改革、加强领导作风建设和贯彻落实群众路线都具有重要的理论价值和现实意义.
People's Views on Leadership in Different Stages from the Perspective of Systems Theory
People's views on leadership from the perspective of systems theory have undergone three different stages and levels,namely,traditional,systematic and new systematic views on leadership,and finally they made two big leaps into their views.The establishment and implementation of the new system-atic view on leadership are a revolution of the viewpoint on leadership,which has not only caused its sys-tematization,optimization and deepening of the understanding of leadership,but also caused the innova-tion,fulfillment and development of scientific leadership.The new systematic views on leadership have not only great practical and historical significance in the establishment of the fresh relationship between leaders and subordinates,but also great theoretical value and practical significance in the reform of lead-ership mechanism,the construction of leadership style and the implementation of the mass line.
