系统论视域下高校"三全育人"的思想意蕴和实践路径
The Ideological Connotation and Practice Path of"Three-wide Education"in Colleges and Universities from the Perspective of System Theory

摘要
全员、全过程、全方位的"三全育人"综合改革是加强改进新形势下高校思想政治工作、全面落实立德树人根本任务的重大战略举措.在系统论视域下,"三全育人"是一项系统性工程,具有目标性、关联性、差异性和动态性的内涵与特点.目标系统的引导性、过程系统的贯通性和结果系统的成效性是"三全育人"系统运行的内在机理.从理念同心,实现全员育人的有效协同;系统集成,实现全过程育人的有机衔接;空间拓展,实现全方位育人的有机耦合三个维度,提出完善新时代推进"三全育人"的实践路径.
Abstract
The comprehensive reform of the"three-wide education"of all employees,the whole process,and all-round is a major strategic measure to strengthen and improve the ideological and political work of colleges and universities under the new situation,and to fully implement the fundamental task of Lide and foster people.From the perspective of system theory,the"Three-wide Education"is a system-atic project,with the connotation and characteristics of goal,relevance,difference and dynamics.The guidance of the target system,the continuity of the process system,and the effectiveness of the result sys-tem are the internal mechanisms of the operation of the"Three-wide Education"system.The effective co-ordination of all-employee education is realized from the concept of concentriction;System integration re-alizes the organic connection of the whole process of education;Spatial expansion realizes the three di-mensions of organic coupling of all-round education,and improves the new era to promote the practical path of"three holistic education".
