基于系统思维新工科体验式创业人才培养的师资建设

新工科体验式创业教育是顺应创新经济社会发展的趋势和需求.基于新工科的发展前景当前各高校积极推动新工科体验式创业人才的培养,这对教师综合素质的要求越来越高,但传统创业人才培养的师资建设仍存在师资结构不合理、师资管理体制缺乏规范性、师资培养模式单一等问题.体验式创业人才培养的师资建设,相比传统人才培养的师资建设模式更具科学性和规范性.从系统思维的角度出发,阐述传统创业人才培养的师资建设中存在的问题,并将系统思维与体验式创业人才培养的师资建设相结合,使师资建设路径更为系统化、规范化、合理化,进而促进高素质复合型新工科体验式创业人才的培养.
Faculty Building of Experiential Entrepreneurship Talents Cultivation in New Engineering Based on a Systematic Thinking
Experiential entrepreneurship education in new engineering is in line with the trend and de-mand of the innovative economic and social development.The prospect of new engineering calls for cultiva-tion of experiential entrepreneurial talents in universities,which demands a more qualified faculty.Howev-er,the faculty building of traditional entrepreneurial talents cultivation is faced with problems such as the unreasonable faculty structure,lack of a standardized teaching management system and an unchanged teaching training mode.Compared with the traditional way,the experience-oriented faculty building is more scientific and standardized.From the perspective of systemic thinking,the problems in the faculty building of traditional entrepreneurial talents cultivation are elaborated,and systemic thinking is incorporated into the new mode to make it more systematic,standardized and rationalized,and promotes the cultivation of high-quality and well-rounded new engineering experiential entrepreneurial talents.
