摘要

现代社会,大学教师已成为国家最主要的学术力量,这使得大学教师的学术修养成为其日常工作的重要一环.它涉及高深学问、学术自由和学术道德三方面的主要内容.其中,高深学问居于核心地位,体现着现代大学存在的合法性,而学术自由和学术道德则处于协同地位,分别为高深学问的生产提供行为前提和价值保障.因此,探求高深学问,须有学术自由和学术道德的有效支撑,而且只有在这两个方面的有效支撑下,高深学问才有源头活水,才能像潮水般地涌现出来.

Abstract

In modern society,university teachers have become the most important academic force in the country,which makes the academic training of university teachers an important part of their daily work.The academic training of university teachers covers the main contents of higher learning,academic freedom and academic ethics.Among them,higher learning is at the core,reflecting the legitimacy of the existence of modern universities,while academic freedom and academic ethics are in a collaborative posi-tion,respectively,to provide the behavior premise and value protection for the production of higher learn-ing.Therefore,to explore advanced learning,we must have academic freedom and effective support of academic ethics,and only under the effective support of these two aspects,can advanced learning have the source of living water,in order to emerge like a tide.
