复杂网络理论中的高阶网络研究综述

摘要
复杂网络理论在生物、物理、交通运输等学科领域广泛应用,取得了丰硕的研究成果.但越来越多的研究者发现,以往基于成对关系、同质性关系、路径无记忆性等基本假设的复杂网络研究无法捕捉复杂连接关系所具有的多重性、异质性、时序性等重要信息.新的考虑连接关系重要信息的复杂网络被学术界称为"高阶网络".通过网络构建、可视化、结构度量和动力学过程四个方面对高阶网络研究进行评述,发现现有高阶网络研究的不足,并指出未来研究方向.
Abstract
Complex network theory has been widely applied in the fields of biology,physics,trans-portation,and so on.The fruitful research results have been achieved.However,more and more re-searchers found that the previous research based on the basic assumptions about the pairwise interactions,homogeneity relation,path-memoryless are not able to capture the important information of complex rela-tions,such as multiplicity,heterogeneity,and temporal sequence.The new complex network in which the important information about complex relations are considered is called"higher-order network".The research of high-order network is reviewed from four aspects:network construction,visualization,struc-tural measurement and dynamic process.The shortcomings of the research are found,and the future re-search direction is pointed out.
