基于ADSE知识循环系统的知识获取方式与企业创新绩效关系研究

在ADSE(Acquisition,Digestion,Sharing,Exploitation,获取—消化—共享—应用)知识循环系统中,企业通过"内外兼修"的方式获得多样化的知识,不仅需要与外部利益相关者进行交流,而且需要在内部开展知识共享活动,共同助力于创新活动,推进创新进程.基于ADSE知识循环系统,探究了外部知识获取和内部知识共享对企业创新绩效的直接影响以及吸收能力的中介作用.研究结果表明,不同知识获取方式在提升企业创新绩效中具有相同作用,即外部知识获取和内部知识共享均能够促进企业创新绩效提升;吸收能力在这一影响过程中发挥中介作用,遵循了"知识—能力—绩效"的影响路径.研究结论一方面验证了企业内外部的知识循环过程,并深化了企业创新问题在知识层面的相关研究,另一方面为企业开展有效的外部知识获取和内部知识共享活动提供建议,推动企业创新绩效的提升.
Study on the Relationship of Knowledge Acquisition Modes and Enterprise Innovation Performance Based on ADSE Knowledge Circulation System
In ADSE(Acquisition,Digestion,Sharing,Exploitation)knowledge circulation system,enterprises acquire diversified knowledge by means of"internal and external modes",which not only need to interact with external stakeholders,but also need to carry out knowledge sharing activities inter-nally to jointly facilitate innovation activities and promote innovation process.Based on the ADSE knowl-edge circulation system,this paper analyzes the direct influence of external knowledge acquisition and in-ternal knowledge sharing on enterprise innovation performance and examines the mediating effect of the absorptive capacity in the influencing process.The research results show that different knowledge acquisi-tion modes play the same role in improving enterprise innovation performance,that is,external knowledge acquisition and internal knowledge sharing have a positive influence on enterprise innovation perform-ance;Absorptive capacity plays a mediating role in the influencing process,following the path of"knowl-edge-ability-performance".On the one hand,the research conclusions verify the knowledge circulation process inside and outside the enterprise,and deepen the related research of enterprise innovation on the knowledge aspect.On the other hand,they provide suggestions for enterprises to carry out effective exter-nal knowledge acquisition and internal knowledge sharing activities,and promote the improvement of en-terprise innovation performance.
