With the progress and development of the society,people's values and ways of life are in-creasingly diversified;but as far as the running order of social organization is concerned,it also presents multi-subject pattern,puts forward higher request to the capacity ofsocial governance.In recent years,with the gradual advancement of the modernization process of national governance system and governance capability,cultural governance has increasingly become a hot spot of domestic academic research.From the perspective of cultural synergetics,cultural governance as a brand-new interpretation of social govern-ance,possessing the dual implications in itself,directly reflects the diversity and complexity of its govern-ance structure,displays the arduousness and urgency of the realization of governance efficiency.In gener-al,in its practical sense,cultural governance is beneficial to the raise of the modernization level of social governance;and in terms of the value of its time,is more conducive to the promotion of national cultural soft power.
